Although almost all athletes across all sports perform very similar foundational movements, every athlete is different from the next. Some are coming back from injury, some are have never trained, and some can train more frequently than others. With that being said, we believe that putting athletes through a "Workout of the Day" is not specific enough for any individual athlete to achieve their goals in a specific time frame. This is why we train athletes in a Small Group Personal Training environment.
